Development Log 8/5/2026
Indie Desk is continuing to grow into a more complete radio campaign management system for independent Christian labels, managers, representatives, and artists.
This update adds clearer reporting tools so users can better understand their campaign activity, station relationships, follow-ups, responses, and placements.

Campaign Reports
Each radio campaign can now provide a clear summary of the work completed and the results recorded.
Users can quickly review:
- Stations selected
- Stations pitched
- Follow-ups completed
- Responses received
- Interested stations
- Declines
- Placements recorded
- Work that still needs attention
Campaign progress and campaign results are shown separately. This makes it easier to understand how much work has been completed without confusing workflow progress with campaign success.
Station Relationship Reports

Indie Desk can now provide a clearer history of each station relationship.
Users can review:
- Previous campaigns involving the station
- Songs that were pitched
- Responses received
- Placements recorded
- Most recent contact dates
- Follow-ups that are still pending
- Current station cautions or restrictions
This helps labels and managers better understand their history with each station before planning future outreach.
Matching Performance Review

Indie Desk can now compare recorded campaign outcomes with the original station matching recommendations.
Users can review how different compatibility levels performed, including:
- Responses from highly compatible stations
- Placements from recommended stations
- Results from manually added stations
- Results from stations with limited preference information
These reports are designed to help users evaluate their own campaign history. Compatibility percentages continue to represent metadata alignment only. They do not guarantee airplay, acceptance, or a response.
Follow-Up and Placement Reports
Users can also review follow-up and placement activity across their campaigns.

This includes:
- Follow-ups scheduled
- Follow-ups completed
- Overdue follow-ups
- Stations awaiting a response
- Recent placements
- Results by artist, song, station, campaign, or radio format
Private and Organization Specific
All reports remain private to the organization that created the campaigns and station records.
One label or management team cannot view another organization’s contacts, campaign history, results, station notes, or analytics.
Indie Desk continues to serve as a planning and management system. It does not send radio pitches or contact stations automatically.
This update gives independent Christian music teams a clearer way to understand their work, review their relationships, and make more informed decisions for future campaigns.
