Introducing Radio Desk Artist Portals
Kingdom Chorus has always worked behind the scenes to help Christian artists connect with radio stations, playlists, blogs, and other opportunities. As our roster and campaigns have grown, so has the amount of information surrounding every release.
Radio submissions, station responses, playlist placements, press coverage, liner requests, and campaign updates can easily become scattered across emails, messages, and spreadsheets.
That is why we built Radio Desk.
Radio Desk is a private Christian music submission and campaign-management platform designed to help artists, representatives, Kingdom Chorus staff, and radio stations stay organized in one secure system.
For radio stations, it provides a professional place to receive and review carefully prepared music submissions. Stations can define their formats and preferences, manage submission statuses, request materials, and retain complete control over every programming decision.
For Kingdom Chorus artists, Radio Desk now includes a private Artist Portal.
Inside the Artist Portal, artists can update their profiles, add songs, enter release information, and provide the materials our team needs to prepare future campaigns. Artists can also follow radio submissions created on their behalf and view public-facing status updates as stations review their music.
Artists do not submit directly to stations. Kingdom Chorus staff continues to review, approve, match, and deliver each radio submission.
The portal also includes a Placements and Press Center. This gives artists one organized place to view Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube playlist placements, confirmed radio activity, blog articles, reviews, interviews, and other press coverage.
Whenever something new is added, the artist receives a notification inside Radio Desk. Once the message is opened, the notification clears, while the placement or article remains permanently available in the account.
The song information entered by artists also supports Radio Desk’s station-matching tools. Formats, vocal style, mood, duration, instrumentation, and other details can be compared with station preferences to help Kingdom Chorus identify stronger potential fits.
This structured foundation can also support future AI-assisted tools, improved reporting, smarter recommendations, and clearer campaign summaries.
Our mission has not changed. We still believe in personal relationships, thoughtful promotion, and serving artists and Christian radio with excellence.
