Keeping artists informed shouldn’t require endless emails, screenshots, or text messages.
One of the biggest goals behind Radio Desk has always been helping artists understand what’s happening with their music after a campaign begins. Once a song is submitted to radio, added to playlists, or featured in an article, those moments deserve more than getting buried in an inbox.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce the new Artist Placements & Press Center.
A central place for every campaign win
Artists will now have a dedicated area inside their Radio Desk account where they can see the progress of their release in one organized location.
Supported placement types now include:
- Spotify playlist placements
- Apple Music playlist placements
- YouTube playlist placements
- Confirmed radio rotation
- Specialty radio programming
- Blog articles
- Music reviews
- Interviews and press coverage
Instead of searching through emails or asking for updates, artists can simply log into Radio Desk and see everything that’s happening with their music.
Instant notifications that matter
Every time a new placement or article is added, Radio Desk will automatically send the artist an exciting notification inside their account.
Whether it’s:
- “Your song was added to a Spotify playlist!”
- “Your song has been added to radio!”
- “A new article featuring your music has been published!”
…the artist will immediately know there’s something new to celebrate.
Once they open the message, the notification clears while the placement remains permanently saved in their account for future reference.
Built for representatives, too
This update also makes life easier for record labels and artist management teams.
Authorized representatives can now record playlist placements and press coverage for artists on their roster, while Kingdom Chorus staff can do the same across the platform. Every update is automatically shared with the artist, keeping everyone on the same page without extra emails or manual follow-up.
Preparing for what’s next
While this update is valuable today, it’s also laying the foundation for features we’re already planning.
Because every placement is now stored in a structured way, Radio Desk will be able to support future tools such as:
- Artist campaign timelines
- Monthly placement summaries
- AI-powered campaign insights
- Release performance history
- Automated client reports
- Smarter recommendations based on previous campaign activity
Each update moves Radio Desk one step closer to becoming a complete campaign workspace for Christian artists, representatives, and radio.
We’re looking forward to putting these tools into the hands of more beta testers soon and continuing to shape the platform with feedback from the Christian music community.
